Re-reading capital
2012, ink jet prints, 100x141cm, 20 original posters
Neo-dada poems composed from the text of “Das Kapital” by Karl Marx (1867) revisit the text. Vackar put selected phrases of Das Kapital into an algorithm - a random generator, and made them into posters. The posters recreate the meaning of the Marx’s text into a new poetical manifesto, more open to various interpretations. The random order of the words executed by the algorithm emphasises its meaning.
